Riku Lätti en Laurinda Hofmeyr is sangers/liedjieskrywers met ‘n getroue
ondersteunings basis effens buite die hoofstroom. Beide tree dikwels in
die Beneluxlande op en kan spog met verskeie toekennings in die
Suid-Afrikaanse musiekbedryf.
Tog is hulle ‘n onverwagse kombinasie. Volgens ‘n ondersteuner het hulle
twee saam op die verhoog ‘n emosionele impak en ‘n soort lewenslus, maar
soos op ‘n effens bewolkte dag - nie heeltemal sonnig nie!
Die programinhoud is soms speels, soms delikaat, altyd deurdag met volop
stof tot nadenke. Ou gunsteling liedjies bly gehore oortuig terwyl
getroue aanhangers hulle kan verlekker in die minder bekende verrassings.
Die interaksie tussen die twee sorg vir ‘n splinternuwe dimensie in
beide se musiek. Hulle begelei mekaar op kitaar en klavier, so maak reg
vir vars, eenvoudige vertolkings. Kom geniet ‘n ontspanne, intieme
ervaring uit die boonste rakke.

renowned singer/songwriters, but their style of music is quite diverse.
The interactice dynamics provide an interesting edge in both artists
music. They accompany each other on the guitar and piano:

The R62 Deli
The R62 Alfresco Deli is situated on the R62 Route in the Tradouw Valley
(52 km East of Montagu, 12 km West of Barrydale) in the Tradouw Valley.
To add to the wine experience, Joubert-Tradauw boasts the much-loved R62
Deli, which specialises in Klein Karoo tapas.
Once a humble tin-roofed dwelling, the Deli has been transformed into a
Mediterranean-style farm kitchen with stylish décor and an inside
fireplace. During warm weather, guests can dine outdoors in true
‘alfresco’- style under the vine-covered “afdak” veranda overlooking the
farm, the majestic Tradouw Valley and Langeberge.
The R62 Deli is renowned for its platters, which include Klein Karoo
tapas comprising farm fruits: such as fresh figs, nectarines, kakamas,
plums and pears, cranberries, nuts, sunflower seeds and mint; a small
bobotie with onion relish, stewed fruit and almonds; “patat” with honey
and cinnamon; roasted beetroot, butternut and brinjal, feta and herbs;
rosemary/soy/lemon chicken OR chicken liver pateè with onion relish are
all part of a R62 platter and the Unplugged62 platter has local cheeses,
imported meats, figs, fruits, maketaan, nuts, seeds etc. and beetroot,
roasted butternut etc. and a spanakopita. A Tradouw pure jersey
beefburger with home-made onion relish etc.; chicken sandwich with
peppers and feta; cheese/meat sandwich; eland biltong salad and gruyère
salad with olives, pesto etc.
Home-baked breads stuffed with olives and nutty seed loaves browned with
molasses. Home-made offerings include tapenade, onion relish, balsamic
reduction, Turkish fig pateé, pesto, fragrant apricot jam and tomato
chilli jam. Home-made preserves include plums, figs, peaches, quince and
pears.
The to-die-for chocolate cake, served with a luscious green fig and a
delicate lemon meringue cheese cake with cranberry jus or a delicate
lemon koeksister.
