Artist Alexander Hubert Liebenberg was born in the South African town of Sasolburg on November 21, 1964.

Hubert experienced the wonders of the bush and wildlife as a child and his outgoing nature compelled him to experience all that there was for him out there.

He partook in many camps, fishing trips, mountain climbing and hiking in the wilds.

Hubert shares all the beauty and wonders he has captured in his memory with sketches, photographs and any situation that will become the

foundation for a new painting. Each painting begins with special moments revealing a creature, wild flowers, landscape’s and many layers of

oil paint on canvas gradually develops a work of art, which conveys the attitude, its existence.
